I will say this… I am pleased with the items I received. It looks amazing, and I appreciate the effort that was put into the packaging, especially with it coming from overseas. What I am not pleased with is the service. In the beginning, things went well… but for whatever reason, the packages ended up being shipped back to the shipper when there was an issue with FedEx. Unfortunately, the supplier didn’t send me tracking number or update me until the package was a day away. The Alibaba tracking was incorrect. When I talked to the supplier about this, they were going to charge me additional fees to ship this back to me, until I asked for a refund and got Alibaba involved. After that, there seemed to be some confusion about shipping the products back to me, and then she started typing in CAPS to me, expressing anger, lack of patience, and lack of empathy for my situation. Good product, but their customer service skills need work. As a result, I advise to order with caution.

    Actually, it is the questions of FEDEX, while it deliver the first time, there is only one carton was put aside the customer's doorstep (and customer see it in the morning and retreat the refund), the other 9 cartons said it is refused by customer. We contact the forwarder at the first time and asked they to deal with it ASAP, however, it is already shipped back to the warehouse of overseas(which is in CA). After all, we paid extra USD202 to make FEDEX redeliver. Forwarder refused to bear the extra fee, they said it is because of customer's refuse of acceptance. And we never thought to charge to our customer for that as well, we just note him that there will be a fee for redeliver. We always put our customer at the first, and provide best service, not only best quality of products. Anyway, goods arrive successfully, even though there is misunderstanding or confusion about the tracking way. Hope everything goes well for us all. All the best!
